Big Update

Content Update! Gotta get back to work so I'll keep it brief:
- Level art is here! I put the rough sketch as a gross-looking overlay over the collider layer, but a cleaner one should be finished tonight
- You know how I said the sensitivity was fixed last time? Yeah... I'd actually made it worse. Now it's a direct function instead of an inverse one, and can be lowered in the pause menu
- Quickstart and the other start menu buttons actually work (except exit because why would you want to do that??)
- More stuff to climb and break, and it's actually possible to get into the upper level now (....theoretically)
- The statue is now holding the sword
What to expect next:
- Game timer counting down to the concert
- End scene
- Yet more dialogue lines from NPCs and the ability to actually reach all of them
- Better font/background coloring so you can actually read those lines (or ignore them on purpose this time)
- A sense of purpose, which if I do all the above items right should start to take form soon
