Big Update


Content Update! Gotta get back to work so I'll keep it brief:

  • Level art is here! I put the rough sketch as a gross-looking overlay over the collider layer, but a cleaner one should be finished tonight
  • You know how I said the sensitivity was fixed last time? Yeah... I'd actually made it worse. Now it's a direct function instead of an inverse one, and can be lowered in the pause menu
  • Quickstart and the other start menu buttons actually work (except exit because why would you want to do that??)
  • More stuff to climb and break, and it's actually possible to get into the upper level now (....theoretically)
  • The statue is now holding the sword

What to expect next:

  • Game timer counting down to the concert
  • End scene
  • Yet more dialogue lines from NPCs and the ability to actually reach all of them
  • Better font/background coloring so you can actually read those lines (or ignore them on purpose this time)
  • A sense of purpose, which if I do all the above items right should start to take form soon
